“Horizon” (RevoltHorizon) is an independent community and collective of like-minded individuals, built on the foundations of direct democracy and self-governance. We unite enthusiasts and users who value equality, absolute transparency of processes, technological progress, and freedom of voice.
We are building an ecosystem where every member has a real right to initiative. We have no “bosses” in the traditional sense: all management roles are entrusted exclusively to those who are ready to carry out the will of the community itself and are passionate about bringing ideas to life through voting.
Our activity is not confined to strict boundaries — our primary goal is continuous development. We work on a wide range of projects: from designing new social architectures within the collective to maintaining our own game servers, deploying server networks, and pursuing any other initiatives our members are ready to bring to life.
